Review: I am very disappointed in this particular visit . I actually called the day before and asked for a quote on installation for a part that I’d already purchased and was told that I needed to bring for them to see it and make sure it was the correct part. After bringing it in, a quote was sent to my phone for the cost of the repair that included them getting the part I’d already purchased. When I called and asked about it…I was that their mechanics don’t feel comfortable putting on outside parts. My visit was a total waste of time. I done business there multiple times in the past and had always had great customer service. My point is….just inform your customer upfront about your process!
