Summary: I had

Review: I had an immediate need and the mechanic I normally used was busy. I needed my Jeep fixed in a very short time period. I knew exactly what was wrong I just didn’t have the required tools and time to do it. I contacted KAB and spoke with Vince, explaining what was wrong and he said bring it in and we will get it fixed. After a few hours I got a call and was told it would be 604 dollars to replace a pair of transmission lines. They said that they can get the part today and do the work in the morning. Then the price changed to something around 875, for inspection and road test. The manager decided to remove the inspection road testing fee after I showed some major professional confusion on the phone, the price went back to 660 with tax. My car was ready at 10:30 am, the part cost 200 dollars and likely took an hour of so to install. I need the rig for the weather and I’m happy they got it fixed. Just didn’t care for the upselling and the price confusion.
