Summary: Terrible

Review: Terrible customer service. I had a specific appointment time. There some computer issues. Instead of tell me there would be a delay or asking if f I wanted to reschedule they said nothing. I sat for a hour until I asked and then they said they just took it to in. I asked to get it back out so I could get to work and they told me they already took off the inspection sticker and I would have to wait. All I would have liked was to be informed and have an option. Result was I was late to work and lost vacation time.
