Summary: Truly care

Review: Be careful of the service that is required after you get your car done .after being told that I needed power steering hoses replaced I was advised to get my rack and pinion replaced because the leak was not the hose it was the rack that was cracked and causing the problem so after paying over 1500.00 I returned for my oil change 3 months later and was told that now I need to replace the same hoses that I was told were not needed now I need to replace them now??What !! If I needed to replace them both I would have gotten them fixed at the same time to lessen my labor costs and I am not happy!!! I have taken my car there for over 3 years and have been happy with what ever work they said I needed but now I’m suspicious of any new issues that they say I need to be addressed. I am saddened that it has come to this point and I will have to shop around for another repair facility. Charles Lee
