Summary: Outstanding

Review: I have been here 5 × 2 get my door fixed. That day messed up. I cannot lock my door unless I use the key to lock. I drive all the way 3 hours just to come and get this done. Every time I get it To the shop It's some new people that's clueless. The communication is poor the paperwork is not correct and the person that you set your appointment with is never there. Even even if they are the person that set the appointment. I am very upset. This is not the first second or third time. And it's very irritating to keep getting up early in the morning. To be there to keep being upset and not satisfied or serviced.
