Summary: Couldn't be happier

Review: I took my Mini in for a MVI on Sept 15. The car requires a new front wheel bearing and a wheel stud broke so a new hub was ordered. Napa was the last to attach the wheel so the only way it was stripped would be if the last mechanic did it when doing the last inspection. Took the car back on Sept 21 for an appointment to install bearing and new hib. Upon pickup we are informed that they don’t have a stud dispite me asking on 2 occasions if they had a stud and the tire wear was too low so need new rubber before passing the MVI. They were sorry that they missed informing me on Sept 15 about the tires. If I was informed on time o could have ordered new ones before the Sept 24 appoint.I could have had all the parts and tires ready for a single appointment if I was properly informed. I did not appreciate Jonathan’s attitude and in future will take my business elsewhere

Reply: Hello Terry, we're very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service you received. We apologize about the wheel stud as we didn't realize that you have aftermarket wheels and studs on your vehicle and the OEM style wheel stud we orderd simply wouldnt work in this application. As for the oversight on the tires, all we can do is sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Motor Vehicle Inspections are very subjective and the technician who performed the insepciton in the first place either mis-measured or just missed the fact they were worn below 2/32 " Please reach out to us at 902-863-2819 if there is anything we can do to try and correct this mistake. - Regards, Matthew
