Summary: Reliable

Review: I would tell them the quote for service and communication along the way was good up until the end. We were quoted an estimate of $850. By the end of the week, we were told the CPS and oil would need changed, which shouldn't have added more than around $250 or so to the bill. We requested a text or call with a final total on Friday. We pick up the car the following Wednesday (after Labor Day) and were billed nearly $1500. They had to remove SKIM and reprogram the PCM to fix the RPMs not working on the cluster. The reprogram was another $250 on top of the $400+ already spent on getting a new PCM. I feel like we were left out of the loop at the end and the reprogram fee for the PCM after just getting a new PCM was excessive.
