Review: When my wife Kathy and I moved here to Battle Ground over 2 years ago, we did all of our due diligence on all matters pertaining to where we shop, finding a new church, where we chose our health care, even where we should try to find the best places to eat. Never thinking about where we should take our vehicles to get serviced if needed. However, we were experiencing some very concerning issues with our truck. We went on line to check out reviews of our local repair shops. Read reviews on most of them. Except KAB. The ones we read about were all positive so we took our truck to a couple of places. One of them Did Not want anything to do with warranties. Another had it's doors locked and no response to our knocking. So we called KAB. Spoke with Vince and told him of our concerns and issues. He politely said that we could bring it in. Also told him we had a warranty on our vehicle. He checked it out with the office manager (?) in the office. And we were delighted to find out that they would honor our warranty ! We took our truck over to Vince and crew. Went over what we assumed was wheel bearing issues. We were bracing ourselves for what costs WE would incur. As the time went on, Kathy and I, both on limited Social Security incomes, were still abit stressed but it's something we had to accept. Later, on the second day, we received a call from Vince. Such a calming and pleasant person. It was not a bearing issue! It was more a tire issue. What a relief ! He sent over what they found and asked us to either approve or decline the work order items. We approved a few, for now. We have to say that we found KAB to be truthful, honest and very trustworthy. Very pleasant atmosphere. In closing, we would recommend KAB to anyone searching to find great honest service for their vehicles.
