Review: "Above and beyond" describes the quality of customer service and the work that went into the successful repair of my class C motorhome by the All Wheel team! The issue was, my Check Engine light kept coming on with "system too rich" codes, in spite of everything checking out to be running well mechanically. Why? Solving the mystery involved some trial & error, multiple delays, bringing in outside expertise and more sophisticated diagnostic equipment, not to mention lots of patience & persistence, but the cause of the problem was finally found and fixed. Now I'm on the road again, and my motorhome is running like a dream! Special thanks to Mike for all the hard work and keeping me updated on the progress thereof, and to Donny and Rob for their great communication, hospitality, and undoubtedly much effort behind the scenes, including coming up with a bill for this complicated job that was fair and made sense :-) As a full-time RVer, getting my rig worked on is a very personal matter. I'm happy to trust my home-on-wheels to the care of the All Wheel team!
