Summary: Well, I came here on..

Review: Well, I came here on a referral.. First time...Bad Water pump. As I arrived around 7:30am, I patiently waited for 8:00 for opening. At 7:45 I saw this lovely lady rushing in, turning on lights, unlocking the door, etc... I realize she worked there... There was a sense of urgency in her to get to work, help people and just start the business of the day. I didn't want to walk in immediately because I saw that she did have a cup of coffee in her hand so I waited until 8:00 and ask her if it was okay if I could come in ..she said sure, come on in. I thought the art of customer service was dead but she restored my hope in basic humanity, her overall kindness, concern and spirit was refreshing. Her name is Joann.. I knew it was going to be a good day because that's my mother's name. Anywho, I explained to her what my issue was and she explained it to the technician, and found out what the problem was. I brought my laptop into work although I wasn't sure I would be able to. She insisted that I make myself at home. I think I did. The gentleman who worked on my car ""Ben"" is awesome, knowledgeable and professional.. he'll give you a few jokes in the process... refreshing. Brent, Thank you so much. Problem explained, problem fixed. No more pep boys for me...I think I love them! Joann you're a saint. God bless them all.
