Review: Reason I chose SAC were because I'd had a couple of bad experiences with other shops I'd used several years one being (VOTECH) in Lawrenceville, and my level of trust were crushed after 9yrs of satisfied service. We were forced to searched for another Trusted SAE Auto repair shop. When I read the most 4.9+ stars reviews, called to make an appt, my first impression is the professional friendly, confidence and excellent customer service, made it easy to choose SAC when we took our jaguar in for service. Their honesty allowed us to trust them to work on the vehicle, after a diagnostics reasonable fees. Next service done is when they took our Hummer in for a second opinion after taking it to (2) other professional shops incl dealership for what we were told need major transmission work that would've cost over $2000. Weren't true, SAC took my Hummer, did a diagnostic, took me home with courtesy & without charge, completed the work same day, offered to pick me up when work is finished if needed. But I were able to pick it up after hours when my hubby got off work, as I went by and paid before closing with our extra vehicle. I know it's a long review, but giving specific details can give us hope as a customer, especially women who's experienced getting taken for advantage of like myself, I lost Trust in most auto repair shops that's managed by their own financial gain, and poor customer service. THANKS SAC for your honesty, excellent customer service and job well done. Third time was for me was a charm! (SAC) DEDICATED, DETERMINED and DEPENDABLE with a quick turn around time pending. Honesty is the a Best policy.
