Review: I made an appointment to have my vehicle service under a warranty that was provided for previous work. I made the appointment on 1-31-19 for service on 2-5-19. I told them I needed the truck back at the end of the day to go to work the next morning. I asked what time they open and they said 0800 and I said it wont be that early. I dropped it off that Tuesday morning at 0900 and ran some chores. I drove by at 1155 and the truck had not moved. At 1456 I got a phone call stating they were working on it and didn't think it would be done that day. I didn't say anything and let them work. On 2-6-19 at 1252 I got the call that my truck was ready. I was at work and had to make arrangements to pick it up on 2-7-19. Why did I have to make an appointment if they were not going to get to my repair in a more timely fashion. I could have just bought it in at my convenience if they were not going to get on the repair at the time for an appointment. The work is good, service is usually good but they dropped the ball this time.
