Summary: I’ve delayed giving a review..

Review: I’ve delayed giving a review for my last service, because I am not sure what to say. Normally I have been very satisfied with the service and workmanship. 5his time I was in shock at the cost, I suppose that can’t be helped. But also I was disappointed in the length of time it took to do the repair. This is my wife’s and my only car. Being without an automobile for going on two days is hard. There is no service to take you home, so My wife had to walk the distance as with my handicap it is too difficult. Additionally I wish I was informed of other things needing repair before reading about it online after the fact. I would gladly authorize most additional service to hopefully be completed at the same time. That said I will probably continue to keep on as a customer.
