Summary: Very impressed

Review: I’m satisfied with the quality of work. Service is friendly and usually seamless. Last visit, who ever had my ticket didn’t call me to pick up my vehicle. I think they may have been new. Per the gentleman who called me just before they closed, he noticed my ticket as he was closing up. He wasn’t sure if anyone had called me already. I told him no one did. I hadn’t call because they told me that I had to drop off & not wait because they were busy; & that they’d call me when the car was ready. I thought they were running behind but that was not the case. Either way, the gentleman sent me a link to my invoice & to make payment. He also left my key in the lock box for which he sent me a code. That process was seamless and stress free. I’m just glad he noticed, otherwise I would’ve been calling & not getting an answer & wondering where my car was.
