Summary: I waited

Review: I waited 2hrs for my tire to get a patch put in it. Mind you, I showed up 30min early to my appt. After about 1hr and 15 min of waiting, I finally asked the front desk the status of my truck and why it was taking so long to get a patch done. That’s when he decided to tell me, “we can’t fix your tire. You’ll have to purchase a new tire.” I declined. I explained to the gentlemen that I was going to be late for my next appointment and asked to hurry and get my truck since I had already been waiting for 75min to be told they couldn’t fix it(he even heard me on the phone letting my next appointment know I was going to be 10-15min late). It then took 45min for them to bring my truck down off the lift and he just smiled and said “have a good day” needless to say, I’ll never be going back and I will never recommend anyone to go there. Should have stuck with Firestone as usual but you live and learn
