Summary: I'd say

Review: I’d say RUN!!! They use to do great and the best we found in town. The owner works closely with my grandfather a retired diesel mechanic who has been a loyal customer for over 7+ years. Lately the service has been horrible! I've been in there were multiple customers have had to bring their car back for the repairs not done correctly. Where do I begin from the car being in and out for 4 months, to us having the same issue we started with, or the car back not assembled correctly with missing screws and clamp, or my grandfather having to tell them what needs to be fixed because the mechanics are only worried about rushing through the work so they can get paid more per job?!?! Like I said Wayne the owner is great and always tries to rectify the issue however the problem and it's entirety is unacceptable and other than them paying for it to go to another shop to be fixed I don't know how this will be rectified. My son's car has been in and out of the the shop for the last four months with them having it the majority of the time. Over $7000 has been paid in repairs. Every time we get the car back it has to go back in a day or two a week tops with 1000s in dollars of more work needed. To date the car isn’t fixed and they can’t figure out what is wrong with it. We were just assured NOTHING was wrong with it and it was an air pocket. Well It has the same issue we initially took to be repaired. Reduced power. Although they cannot help, I purchased a used car needing repairs and as is they can and need to stand behind their word. I have now paid them more in repairs then I paid for the car. A car that they are well aware is for my 16 year old son! He keeps getting stuck/breaking down on the side of the road. We are so deep in repairs and cost of the car I can NOT afford the loss of trading it and be thousands upside down so I keep sinking more money in repairs.
