Review: The front desk service is outstanding. I was well taken care from the moment I first dropped in to let them know my trunk would not open. They manually inspected the problem right there and then, made me an appointment and 3 weeks later the issue was taken care of. I was impressed with the digital informational link sent to my phone which outlined every detail of the inspections and repair, and also included checking my tires, brakes, coolant, wiper fluid etc etc (free of charge!). The report also detailed which items need to repaired or checked again in the near future. Thank you EB.
