Review: I have taken my Audi to Bavarian for rear brakes in past, and this appointment was for front brakes. My Audi is under CPO, but shop still replaced spark plugs even thought spark plugs had been done at earlier Audi dealer appointment. I would have expected that would have been double checked before the shop would do the work. I raised this with Ken, I’m quite disappointed since this spark plug replacement was done previously by dealer, and I paid again last week for it. I was also surprised by how much more the front brake repair cost versus the rear brakes that were done a year ago.
