Summary: As always

Review: As always, superb! Highpoints: They listened when I described the car's problems, outlined their approach, and provided time and cost estimates. Following discussion and when I understood transportation took me to our home in Issaquah. At the end of the day, I received an updated status. The job was completed next morning, transportation was provided to E/B. I reviewed the work and then paid (exactly what I agreed to at the start - NO SURPRISES. Bottom line: SUPERB SERVICE IN EVERY WAY! We have depended on E/B for about 19 years & have never been surprised or disappointed. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND EASTSIDE BAVARIAN FOR ANY WORK ON YOUR CAR.
