Review: The team at Eastside Bavarian clearly loves what they do and they love BMWs, Audis, and Minis. I sat in the waiting area for several hours while work was being performed on my car. It was my first time bringing my car to them. They treated me like I owned the place. They were my incredibly welcoming, and offered to go out of their way to bring me wherever I needed to go. I was impressed by how their other customers interacted with them and how trusting and loyal their customers were. It felt like a family; trusting, loyal, committed, caring. Work was performed efficiently and professionally and the cost (for BMW repairs) was very reasonable at a fraction of the cost at the dealer. The shop was well equipped, clean and orderly. Dave, the owner, works in the shop alongside the other techs. He clearly sets high standards for service and professionalism, and sets the example himself.
