Review: I would tell them to be sure and talk to any of the service advisors behind the desk except for the lady named Stacey. I could not give a star rating higher than 3 due to her performance. I came in and told her everything that I wanted done to my trailer spiindle which had a grease cert. broke off at the end of the spindle and I broke off a ease out trying to remove the grease cert. I also wanted to ajdust the electric brakes that I just installed on all four hubs. After asking her to read back what she had typed she had what I said all wrong. She said my spindle nut was broke off and that the brakes needing adjusting because it swayed one way or the other when applying them. Totally not true. After mechanic looked at the spindle he said that he doesnt thing that he can get it out. I suggested placing a buddy bearing cap on the axle and i could grease that way. Stacey said that wheel studs were stripped and would have to be replaced and I agreed. She called me later to tell me that the studs on the other three hubs were stripped also and would require new wheel hub kits also. I was shocked that she replaced the first wheel hub with a new hub kit and not just replace the wheel studs. I told her I did not want new wheel hub kits purchased and installed. They could just purchase wheel studs and nuts instead, thats all it needed, not new hubs just because the wheel studs were stripped. She called the next day to say it was complete and ready for pickup. Cost to repair would have been 200.00 dollars cheaper on me if they would have replaced the first wheel studs instead of a whole new wheel hub kit. This lady Stacey does not have a clue to what she is doing. Even the mechanic I spoke with repairing my trailer said that she was new and he was having a time with her. Very disapointed in my experience with getting my trailer repaired there because of her non experience and her not calling me and telling me about the first hub replacement instead of studs replaced.
