Review: I have never experience this amount of excellent customer service from an auto center before. This is the best customer service I have ever got from an auto center. I was picking my daughter up in North Carolina driving back home to Rhode Island with her when her car broke down due to a water pump and serpentine belt failure, it was close to 6 o’clock at night. When I happen to call Steeves auto and was told to bring my car in and they would work on it right away. Rich, the service manager was excellent, he called me right away at 7 AM to let me know he had already looked at the automobile and what he thought it might need and he was going to work on it right away. he put a new water pump, new serpentine belt, new belt, tensioner, new thermostat on the automobile, and had me up and running that day . I can’t say enough good things about the service that I received, the quality of the service I received, and the friendly staff. I think them so much for getting us back home and I only wish we had this type of auto center in Rhode Island.
