Summary: Service was

Review: Service was good, but the I got frustrated by 2 things: 1/ the issue was clearly identified before I brought the car. I still had to pay the inspection fee ($160) 2/ I did not ask for eta as I thought it would be done the same day (other car shop like strictly bmw in Redmond does this within the same day) I will not bring my car again
