Summary: I called

Review: I called late morning of the day I needed an oil change in my 2017 F-150 Ford Pickup to coordinate the oil change during the scheduled time I was to meet with the Hammond’s. A nice young man answered the phone professionally introducing himself as Jerry. He promptly worked me into his schedule for that day and was very accommodating. When meeting Jerry face to face upon coming in to do my paperwork. He continued to project an excellent customer service professionalism. He was efficient in his data entry skills when putting in my work order. At the end of my service work he continued his same great attitude, explaining the work that had been done and gave me a recap of their observations about my truck. He was a very personable and professional young man! It was a pleasant service experience at a fair price, good-bye to Jiffy Lube and my Dealership !!!
