Summary: Way to

Review: Way to much up selling. They put up graded oil and still sold me more additives than needed according to Cadillac recommends. Then told me my rear ties was out of balance when there was no evidence the tire was ever removed and it would cost 48 dollars to balance the tires. I will never come back thank you mike

Reply: I'm sorry you felt that we had too much up selling. We always strive for the best for the vehicle. After reviewing this review you mentioned that there was no evidence of the tires being out of balance. If you review your Auto Vital report there is a picture of the back rear tire on the balancer stating the tire is out of balance by .50 ounces and .75 ounces comparatively. Hopefully with this new understanding this may change your opinion on the review.
