Summary: I was

Review: I wasn't happy about how the service customer service guy and the tech's assessment of my vehicle. I was told that i had an unrepairable part and that i would need a new engine. .Of course i was in stressful way and had a restless night upon hearing that news. i received a second opinion from another service center and i was told the job was repairable and that i would not need another engine. The damaged part that was broken off was a part of the timing chain kit. So it would have been a convience to Meineke for me to switch out the engine and a lot of money for your establishment if i had i chose to stick with your opinion about how to have my vehicle repaired. i feel your service was very unacceptable and should not lead a customer in the wrong direction for your own gains. i'm hoping and elect not to use your services again if i have anything to do with it.
