Review: Gave the services that I desired, which is fine. We would’ve liked better communication, though. With no off time during business hours, I used vacation time to be off 2 weeks ahead of time and made the appointment for 8am to allow all day for the tune up. Well, 5 hours after dropping it off, we called and learned that they just got our car into a bay and mechanic will look at it when back from lunch. More than half of our day off has been used waiting when we made an appointment! We were not told that they would do a complete checklist of checks then tell of recommendations to do. Nobody said they’d do their own inspection for things. I already had exactly what I wanted done. So, later that day we learn that they need to keep the car through tomorrow. What?! I’m not off and used this vacation day with an 8am appointment 2 weeks ahead of time so there would be not waiting. So, I pay $23 for rental car insurance and now have to make arrangements to get the car the next day. The services were fine, but for a customer to make an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and made clear that it’s the only day off, they should’ve acted prepared for us. They’re friendly folks, but they need to communicate better.
