Summary: My 2008 F150 was having..

Review: My 2008 F150 was having some electrical issues with lights not working. I had heard H-Tek advertising for quite a while on WCQR and decided to use their repair services. As this was my first visit, I did not know what to expect. It was an excellent first impression. The online service scheduling was quick and easy to complete. Their facilities are very clean and tidy. And the staff was professional in every sense. My repair was done on time and well within the estimate initially provided. But probably my two biggest takeaways from the experience (which I did not expect) was the use of technology in providing pictures of the areas repaired along with a pin point explanation of the work done. Second, they provided a categorized, multiple point inspection of my truck indicating areas that may need future work - a kind of watch list. Much appreciated!! I will definitely use them again!
