Summary: Several

Review: Several instances of confusion regarding my appointment were quite frustrating. I was quoted $271 when I left my car, and $40 just to swap out one tire for my spare, However, the spare was left on a non matching wheel. While the matching wheel was put in the trunk Small amounts of dirt were left in cracks on the dash. But the worst part was all was the extreme addition of extra charge for cleaning the inside without discussing it when I brought the car in. They didn’t even call me in advance of adding it so I could properly prepare to have the additional funds to make such a huge add-on. I wasn’t even sure if my debit card was sufficient. I wonder if one of my auto pays had hit my bank, what they would have done when my card could not have covered the huge increase over the the quoted price.
