Summary: Price

Review: Price prohibitive. They wanted $500 for oil filter, fuel filter and water separator for my diesel. Retail price is $150. Crazy.

Reply: Mr. Lenahan, I apologize if you feel our prices are not fair. After some research I found that a dealer in Castle Rock would be less expensive than our prices for the services you requested, however if you need to have those services performed in the metro area you may be charged up to $900. Per our phone conversation I feel our pricing is fair, and while you may be able to purchase filters on line at that price that are not OEM equipment, I can not buy OEM filters for the price you quoted. Again, I am sorry you feel that these prices are too high, but after getting quotes from several locations, the pricing at Chase is on the lower side than you will find at other local shops.
