Summary: Really wonderful

Review: Really wonderful service. Ken was super helpful. Even gave me the card of the guy who was very nice at BMW Seattle (our repair was under an extended warranty) And the regular service visit was great. We will definitely be back! Last year we had a dreadful experience at Bellevue BMW; you guys helped us with that…we are big fans!
