Summary: I made an appointment online,..

Review: I made an appointment online, but when I came in, I had to fill out what I needed again. I had to wait for several hours before I was called to be asked (again) what work needed to be done on the vehicle, and find out when I'd get my vehicle. I was told later I the afternoon. I then had to wait from about 3pm until closing time to get my vehicle. Just a little frustrated by the wait that even though I had made an appointment and said when I needed my vehicle, I felt I was pushed to the bottom of the list. They did great work on the vehicle. I was given an estimate for the work and a recommendation for what I should do based on what they were seeing in the vehicle. I liked the customer service I was given, and how professional everyone was.
