Review: AutoWorks Car Care had my car for about a week and I am incredibly happy with the service I got from them. This is the first time I can say with 100% confidence that I don't think I was ripped off by a mechanic. I brought in an older car with a lot of miles that I was considering selling if I wasn't able to get it to pass emissions. They gave me a big list of what COULD be done and what they recommended, but then they told me the absolutely necessary things that had to be done to get the car to pass emissions. I didn't want to put thousands of dollars into this car because it's probably not going to last that long. Never once did they pressure me into having anything else but the essentials done, and I'm super happy with the overall experience. They even gave me a loaner car for about a week while the repairs were being done at no cost. They made what could have been an incredibly time consuming and inconvenient process extremely easy and hassle free. They followed up with me throughout the entire process, and always checked with me before fixing something else. When I went to pick up my car, I paid exactly what I had been told and there were no surprises. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. Thank you to Thomas and everyone else!
