Review: Nice facility. Friendly people. Fast, fair service. Only drawback was that they accidentally shredded the out of state registrations for both my cars. Fortunately, it didn’t make a big issue as I had to get them registered in Utah and the DMV was able to sort it out without the registrations. 10 bucks to get duplicate registration sent though. Would have been nice if the company had offered to pay for duplicate registrations in addition to the apology. in their defense, I didn’t ask them to pay for it and didn’t let them know it cost money. This should be a standard customer relations approach—something to offer to make things right for a big mistake like this. In 24 years of registering vehicles, I’ve never had any problems with my registrations for an emission test ??
