Summary: I started going to Autoworks..

Review: I started going to Autoworks Car Care pretty close to the time they opened shop. I know Shaun personally and know most of the techs in the shop. I know they are honest and I trust them with all of my vehicles. Anytime I bring my vehicles in, I know that they will do an excellent job. They take the time to listen to me explain the issues. Needed repairs and pricing are always discussed before work is done. I know that when they say a repair should be done now, I should get it done. They truly care about my safety. But, they also let me know when a repair can wait. I have not experience that with other shops. They don’t give up on a repair no matter how frustrating it might be. I will be honest, this last repair, I had to bring my vehicle right back after a repair. I had a loud squeal noise. When the repair was done, I drove it home and the noise happened again as I drove into the driveway. They worked hard to figure it out and warrantied parts out they had just replaced. It was not a fact of bad work, it was hard to figure out what exactly was making the noise. I can understand that. They stuck with it and my vehicle is running great with no squealing noise. They are awesome.
