Review: I'm certain that the service provided was the same usual pleasant experience. We were rather surprised to hear that our auto transmission fluid was getting dark given the fact that it was flushed almost a year ago. And then when Chad questioned that, whoever he talked to said that perhaps it was the power steering fluid instead (from what I was told). There were notations on the invoice that weren't even mentioned to me when I picked up the car, so we called back to ask about them. The young man that helped me seemed either very new or very uncomfortable; forgetful. I had to ask about the $5.00 discount (the coupon was in with the keys). He asked for my card but I had already given it to him and he had forgotten. These are all very minor things and I"m just providing feedback. This is the first time that we had wondered what is going to be wrong with our car when we only bring it in for an oil change, because there constantly seems to be something major. Of course with >188,000 miles there needs to be service done, so we appreciate that. Perhaps it was just the new faces, but it didn't feel the same this time. This is probably just a perception thing. Thank you for servicing our car.
