Summary: Professional

Review: The work was completed on time with no surprises. The price of parts used had a huge mark-up over retail, as much as 132%. That doesn't sit well with me. I liked the people and their professionalism and I'd like to come back for additional service. However, the estimates for other services are much higher than I'm willing to pay.

Reply: Thank you for the 5 star review. I would also like to thank you for taking the time to talk with me about your concerns with pricing. These parts are backed by a 3 year, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty. Therefore, they tend to cost more than other parts you may find online. The mark up you speak of is not the case. Our shop never has, and never will try to take advantage of our customers. I believe this is reflected in our reviews and reputation. The pricing we use is very competitive with other reputable shops in this area. I hope to regain your trust in the future and look forward to providing you with our high standard of service.
