Summary: Clean

Review: Mostly good, but bad recent experience. We took car in for service, which included battery service. Battery connectors were cleaned and replaced. Three days letter the battery completely died in the middle of Monument Valley. Fortunately a car came along and we were able to jump it. Battery would not hold charge. We had to wait until Monday and bought a new battery on the reservation. Hard to believe that battery was not tested.

Reply: We are very sorry to hear you had additional issues after we serviced your vehicle. Your battery was in fact tested while in our shop and passed. Unfortunately there is no 100% test of a battery and how long it will last. Most of the time batteries will give warning of a weakened condition, but sometimes they will fail even if they recently tested good. We are sorry to hear this was the case with yours. We did properly inspect your vehicle and feel this negative review is blaming us for something beyond our control. We hope you decide to give our team another chance to regain your trust.
