Review: I would say bring your car somewhere else. The problems with your vehicle will not be fixed. I brought my Durango back a second time, hoping for a different experience. After receiving my diagnostic, some of the issues were things that were done my last time in. My transmission pan was leaking. I was told I would need to do a degreaser on the engine with UV to find the leak. The first time, I paid for the degreaser and the transmission pan to stop leaking, which was only 20ish (maybe less) miles ago. They said the transmission was dinted and didn't catch it when replacing the gasket in October. But why was the degreaser not done before? I paid for it. I brought it in because my steering was sloppy, they replaced the tie rods and did an alignment, but my steering wheel is still sloppy and crooked. When I called asking if the steering wheel should still be loose and crooked, I was told to bring it back in but I would probably have to pay for a deeper diagnosis. But that's why I brought it in the first place. This what happened with my engine noise, the problem was said to be fixed but wasn't. When I was quoted for my tie rods to be replaced, I asked what the cost would be to replace all of the bushings they recommend on the front end. I was told they wanted to start on the tie rods first and would get back to me. After they fixed the tie rods, I was given a quote for the upper and lower control arms, saying it was a 7-hour job just for the upper control arms. $1600 I thought that was a lot but I still asked what the cost would be to replace and repair everything. It was so confusing the way they were explaining over the phone, I just said forget it, I'll do it myself/ or another shop. It would be nice to have a printout or something visual to understand the quotes. When I called to ask questions about the steering, and ask if Jason could drive the vehicle to understand I am not trying to be difficult, I didn't receive a callback. I called twice.
