Review: This was my first time at Bill's. I was impressed with the service and the way the technicians and staff treated me. Everything was explained to me on what needed to be done, as well as costs. Since I am the type that always likes to get a second opinion on more costly expenditures, I usually will go to another shop before settling on a vendor. This has nothing to do with Bill's or any other place. Before moving here, I already have a contract with another auto shop on tire rotation, etc. Anyway, I was very pleased with the service and Bill's and everything else being equal, will come back to him in the future.
