Summary: Excellent

Review: Excellent care and service. The shop takes pictures of your car and the parts that need replacing with their recommendations, all organized through an online web application. As a car person, it was a great interactive process that I have not experienced before. They also keep you up to date with their findings and the related costs of the work before they proceed with doing anything. They took excellent care of my 1995 GMC, and clearly appreciated and respected the truck in a way that most shops do not. It was also great that they had mechanics who had knowledge of older trucks. I will surely be back.
