Summary: After multple

Review: After multiple tows to fix my car they could not repair it. Initial cost to repair was approx $1500 but problem persisted. Last time it was towed to them they kept it for almost a year. When it was finally returned last Tuesday the catalytic converter had been stolen, panel leading to 'guts' of car off, leather trim holding panels ripped up, glove box damaged/loose, noticeable dent in side, & filthy. We filed a police report. My husband was very ill during this window of time & they knew he was unable to respond. Finally my nephew called them to insist my car be returned since I kept getting the runaround for almost if not a whole year. We're elderly, & they said take the car to an exhaust shop & upholstery shop, all that running around despite our ages & I do not leave my husband alone. What stress this caused us & it still hasn't ended! Who stole the catalytic converter from our 1993 Cadillac Allante while it was at Rick&Ray's Auto Plaza? What next? 😢
