Summary: Efficient, professional, and friendly

Review: The quality of work was excellent. A detailed report, including photos, shows all needed work on the car. Very slick. Tech was friendly and went over details of what he did and answered additional questions. Also, the shop has integrity demonstrated by replacing a brake fluid reservoir that was unintentionally broken during their servicing. The only area for improvement is the quality of communication. I wasn't given what I would expect as far as updates on the progress of repairs, especially because additional minor items came up that delayed the ready date of my car. Also, I had a dead battery with the service loaner and communication regarding that was lacking. But as far as the actual service on my car, it was top notch.
