Summary: I will tell

Review: I will tell them to steer clear of German Motors. Car was in shop for 20 days, and still has same problem of idling high. They don’t diagnose the car’s problem on the day you bring it in, and it sits there for many days before you hear anything back from them; then you hear different reasons for the problem from different representatives. Then you wait an another week or more, after they finally order a part, and that part doesn’t solve the problem. Meanwhile, I’m being charged thousands of dollars. This has happened every time I’ve been there, this year. I’ve paid them over $10k, the problem doesn’t get solved, and they treat me like dirt. Everyone needs to avoid German Motors.
