Summary: I am sorry

Review: I am sorry but they don't seem to care about putting a car back together if repairs cannot be completed. If you can't put a car back together including reconnecting plug-ins and putting screws back where they should be, then I need to go somewhere else due to shoddy work. I need my car working 100% or close to that upon completion of tasks. And on a Monday when I have to go to work the next day. When I heard a rattling sound in my engine compartment the day after I had it serviced and, finding screws missing and cables unplugged I begin to question those who worked on my car. Did you do your best to make it work? Or.... did you not care about me because I am a transsexual woman who doesn't know any better? Will, you underestimated this girl because she was replacing brake pads and rebuilding carburetors before you were ever born. You people need to learn what service is really about. I don't feel comfortable giving a good review when things like this happen. It would seem that you care more about the $1,300 estimate bill you gave me than helping me with my issues. No,,,,, I am not happy about the bill estimate or the issues I found the day after. Do the job right the first time or I find someone else to take my money. At this point in time I feel I deserve a discount due to these issues. Just saying
