Summary: I paid

Review: I paid $550 for a battery replacement. I was told $350 was spent on diagnosing the issue, including testing fuses. I'm in Ca. My daughter is attending UNR. I was bent over before I started. If the car was home, I would have put a voltmeter on the battery first, and likely found fault. Why on earth would anyone go to a fuse before testing a battery on a slow crank no start? Oh the alternator could be bad? Yeah, I'd get it started and disconnect the battery. Car runs, alternator is good. Maybe only if the client was out of state and his daughter needed her car to get to work at 6 a.m. in the winter before school. $550 for a battery. Be ashamed of yourself, and keep my money. Small price to pay to find out who not to go to in the future. $550.
