Summary: Sadly

Review: Sadly, the first thing most think about is honesty when it comes to mechanics/service shops. Let me say, Tanner is your advocate. If you are lucky enough to have Greg as your service advisor, you will be in great hands. He educates you, welcomes questions and is all around a great person. The BMW dealership said I had an oil leak (showed me picture of staining) and quoted me $2500 to fix it. Since it was not under warranty, I chose to get a second opinion with Tanner. Greg got me in quickly, the car was inspected, and it was reported back to me that I did NOT have a leak. It was just staining, probably from a previous oil change. Tanner, if they were not honest, could have easily did the work and I would have never questioned it. Thank you, Greg and the Tanner team.
