Summary: "Gold" standard

Review: I would like to say that I was "Extremely Satisfied", but there was no choice for this rating.This is not like dealing with a large dealership. They get to know you and are very accommodating to your individual needs. In my case, I had a diesel leak that was significant so driving the truck wasn't going to be a good thing to do. They were booked up for almost 2 weeks but said if I could leave the truck, they would try and fit it in. They even ordered the required part before I actually dropped off the truck. Instead of having to wait, they had the repair completed in 5 days. Please note that their communication is excellent and their estimate was (unfortunately) very accurate. I would also like to ad that when I dropped by their shop "out of the blue", one of their guys (forget his name) came out to see if he could see the problem and was able to diagnose it immediately as he has seen this several times so they certainly know a Cummins 5.9.
