Summary: Reliable

Review: Both the quality of the work and the customer service (Front Desk and Shop Admin) are excellent. I recently needed a lot of work done on my vehicle and Chad Kennedy's autopro provided a detailed and understandable estimate for the necessary work, and ensured that all of my questions were answered prior to starting the job. I was able to speak with Chad's associate, Josh, on 3 occasions as my car was being serviced, and Josh was readily available as well as really helpful in keeping me up to date with regards to the work being done on my vehicle. Once the work was complete, my vehicle was ready to go on the planned date and the bill was a little less than expected. I picked up my car from Chad's about 2 weeks ago and have enjoyed every moment driving my car since. I would definitely recommend Chad's shop-excellent people and quality work says it all.
