Summary: I believe

Review: I believe the people that own and work at this establishment are genuinely good people, however the work and service provided is subpar at best. I was not pleased with the way my particular situation was handled. Starting from the beginning; I called Harley a week prior to the work being done on my vehicle. I asked for 4 tires mount and balance and an alignment. She stated “absolutely we should have you out the door for 250$” and I agreed to said price. My first issue was she did not inform me that there was approximately 69.54$ worth of extra charges that go along with that job. Luckily I have a credit card otherwise I would not have been able to pay for the work provided. I also had to reach out several times myself for updates which is also the job of the service writer/advisor. Now as far as the work provided, my wheels were destroyed during the dismount/mounting/balancing process. There was paint knocked off of the spokes where the balancer cup was, there was paint and also metal peeled off and gouges in the aluminum from the tire machine. Having experience with a tire machine myself it’s hard for me to believe that the technician didn’t realize what was happening seeing as how when you use the machine your eyes should be on the spoon that’s running around the lip of the wheel. Somehow the tire tech missed the damage, the alignment tech missed it when he put the alignment heads on the wheels at eye level, and the the gentleman that did a shoddy wash job missed it when washing the tires, and finally the service advisor missed it before allowing it to be released from the shop and back to me. The next issue was the first alignment that was done on my vehicle was released without being correct. The camber was out on both wheels. I advised about the incorrect alignment and it was done again. The second alignment corrected the camber issue but the vehicle now pulls to the right. I’ve grown tired of dealing with this shop and decided not to pursue a correction as I’d rather them not mess with my vehicle again base
